Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Completed payments for Sasthotech products and services are non-refundable. Products are non-returnable and orders and services are non-cancellable. Please review order and service details carefully before completing payment.

Refund claims are considered only for: a duplicate payment; a payment for a service that Sasthotech is unable to deliver; or where a refund is required by applicable law.

After a refund claim is approved, Sasthotech completes the refund within 7–10 working days after claim approval. Posting time applied by a bank or payment provider may be additional.

Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, except where required by applicable law.
